The Los Angeles home where “Friends” star Matthew Perry died was sold for $8.55 million.

The New York Times reported the property was acquired by Anita Verma-Lallian, who owns the commercial real estate service Arizona Land Consulting and the film production firm Camelback Productions. Verma-Lallian’s purchase was transacted in an off-market transaction.

Perry acquired the 3,000-square-foot, four-bedroom Pacific Palisades property in 2020 for $6 million. On Oct. 28, 2023, the actor was found face down in a Jacuzzi – the official autopsy report determined the death was caused by the “acute effects of ketamine” that resulted in his drowning.

During his life, Perry owned a number of very impressive properties; and in the years leading up to his death, he bought and sold several homes in the Los Angeles area. During his later years, Perry owned two Los Angeles-area properties that were sold at discounted prices and a third residence in Hollywood Hills that was listed in May for $5.1 million but is still on the market despite a price cut to $4.7 million.
