The homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE:LEN) is now selling new single-family homes at Caldwell Lakes, a community based in Dallas.
Caldwell Lakes offers new home designs from Lennar’s Classic collection, with floorplans encompassing three- and four-bedroom and two-bathroom designs starting from 1,801 square feet. Community amenities including a playground and greenbelt for outdoor recreation.
Pricing for the new homes starts in the low $300,000s.
