Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) announced the debut of three townhome communities in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral markets in Southwest Florida.
The communities are Palmetta Pines Townhomes in Northeast Cape Coral, Cielo Mar Townhomes in North Fort Myers, and Orange River Townhomes in Fort Myers. The communities are scheduled to open this summer and will introduce two new proprietary townhome designs, Briarcliff and Ashford, to the Southwest Florida market.
According to the company, the townhomes offer two-story, open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,343 to 1,392 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Pricing starts in the $200,000s with flexible financing through Lennar Mortgage.
