When it comes to real estate, it’s all about location, location, location. But in a post-Covid-19 world, will the golden rule of real estate hold water with hiring practices? Well, in my opinion, it depends.

For a long time, most companies hired the best people in their area for a particular job. Or, if a larger pool of candidates was needed, relocation — with the possibility of a relocation stipend — was sometimes considered. Then the pandemic happened, and companies (not to mention employees) saw that businesses could survive (and even thrive) working remotely. So where does this leave us?
