The commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap (NYSE:MMI) has hired Michael Puline as senior managing director and national director of its retail division.
In his new job, Puline will guide the strategic growth of Marcus & Millichap’s and Institutional Property Advisors’ retail divisions and lead the company’s retail advisory teams, helping to ensure seamless execution and client service delivery. Puline joins the Calabasas, California-based company from Perform Properties, where he was most recently vice president of national accounts.
