The developer MBK Rental Living announced the opening of Vintage Farms, a 15-acre community featuring 330 apartments in Murrieta, California.
According to the company, Vintage Farms features a variety of open-concept floorplans, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 503 square feet to 1,278 square feet. Amenities include a resort-style pool, wading pool, game room, coworking pods, 24-hour fitness center, dog spa and park, and outdoor gathering areas.
“In today’s competitive housing landscape, differentiation matters. Vintage Farms reflects our commitment to creating communities with modern amenities that feel both elevated and firmly connected to their surroundings,” said Ken McCarren, president of MBK Rental Living. “Our goal was to design a community where the locale dotted with hillside views and outdoor gathering areas is integrated into the living environment and foundational to the resident experience.”
“As more residents choose to rent for longer periods and remain connected to regional employment centers across healthcare, education, and municipal services, expectations for home have shifted,” McCarren added. “Access to amenities remains important, but so does the ability to return to an environment that supports focus, stability, and recharge after the workday.”
