Meridian Senior Living, a Bethesda, Maryland-headquartered owner/operator of seniors housing communities, has acquired of Pine Grove Crossing, a 127-unit senior living community in Parker, Colorado, through a joint venture with an unnamed state pension fund investor.

Built in 2018, Pine Grove Crossing includes 100 assisted living and 27 memory care units on 4.41 acres in suburban Denver. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction represents the 11th acquisition within this partnership and brings Meridian into the Colorado market.
