The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has launched a new advertising campaign called “Right by You” that is designed to highlight the role of realtors in helping homebuyers.

The first phase of the campaign, entitled “Don’t DIY,” shows the challenges of buying residential and commercial properties without the help of a real estate professional. These advertisements emphasize the importance of human expertise amid an algorithmically driven, AI-enhanced real estate sales environment. world.

The “Right by You” platform, developed in partnership with the acclaimed Uncommon Creative Studio. NAR stated the campaign marks a shift in its creative strategy from the agent-centric “Who We R” campaign to consumer-centric messaging.

“We’re not the rock star of these commercials—our customers are,” says NAR Consumer Communications Committee Chair Mabél Guzmán, a Chicago broker who helped guide the development of the commercials. “It’s a perfect transition from the previous campaign, ‘That’s Who We R.’ We told them who we are; now the focus is on how we will do right by them.”
