View Homes, a Colorado Springs, Colorado-based homebuilder division of Hunt Companies, Inc., announced the appointment of Natasha Gandhi as CEO.
Gandhi was previously regional president of the Mountain Region at Richmond American Homes, where she oversaw strategic direction and operational performance across Colorado and Utah. Prior to that, she served as vice president of sales and marketing at Century Communities within the Colorado Division.
Gandhi assumes the role from Randy O’Leary, the company’s founder and outgoing CEO, who will transition into an advisory capacity for View Homes. O’Leary has led View Homes since 1990.
“After leading View Homes for the last 35 years, I am excited to hand over leadership of the company to Natasha,” said O’Leary. “Natasha’s experience and enthusiasm for the opportunity will serve the Company well in this exciting new chapter. I am proud of what we have built, and I could not be more optimistic about the future of this company under her leadership.”
