The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, Cogeim and Demonfort have partnered in announcing new condominium project in Montreal called Perspectives Bates.
The new complex will stand seven stories and encompass 73 units, with a commons areas featuring a gym, outdoor pool, lounge and large terrace with BBQ. Delivery is scheduled for fall 2024 and half of the units have already been sold.
