Oakwood Homes announced it will begin selling single-family homes at Oquirrh Mountain Ranch, a master-planned community in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
Sales are slated to start in May and pricing begins in the low $500,000s. The company said it can offer interest rate buydowns, down payment assistance and access to first-time homebuyer programs.
Located near Utah Lake, the residences feature floor plans ranging from three to five bedrooms. Select homes include open living spaces, oversized garages and optional unfinished basements ready for customization.
