A number of industry professionals have graduated from the T3 Fellows program, a customized training course designed to prepare real estate brokers to succeed in a changing market.
Across the T3 Fellows program, each broker and team owner follows a tailored-to-them curriculum, which includes modules and discussions dedicated to improving per-agent profitability, creating stronger marketing materials, developing a robust recruiting strategy, and building successful lead programs. Each fellow receives individual mentoring sessions and opportunities to attend mastermind sessions, in addition to the 10 monthly modules focused on key business areas and two in-person retreats.
“Each year, I am amazed by the talent, tenacity, and intelligence of the brokers and team leaders who come through the T3 Fellows program and this class of 2023 was no exception,” said Dean Cottrill, Associate Partner and EVP, T3 Sixty and Program Director of the T3 Fellows program. “From day one through the final session, these leaders worked to understand the nuances and challenges of the market as it is today – and then parlayed that knowledge into actionable, thoughtful strategies that will power their businesses in the years to come.”
The business leaders who have successfully completed the T3 Fellows program and who will be graduating in the Spring 2023 class are:
Jill Carlson, Park Co Realtors (Prairie Rose, ND)
Mike & Kathleen Kelly, Hickory Real Estate Group (Hickory, NC)
David Barker & Kyle Klain, Barker Realty (Santa Fe, NM)
Staci Staub, West + Main Homes (Golden, CO)
Jeff Grant, Sand & Sea Investments (San Diego, CA)
Frank Fonteyn, Prestige Realty Group (Berlin, CN)
Katherine Cox, Coldwell Banker Realty (Mount Pleasant, SC)
Clint Lacour, Reve | Realtors (New Orleans, LA)
Isaiah Tibbs & Kerry Redding, Allure Real Estate (Austin, TX)
Bruce Bleiman, Giving Tree Realty (Charlotte, NC)
The 2023 T3 Fellows program was supported by Jonathan Kauffman, Founder of Nest Realty, who served as a mentor. Mentors are practicing real estate broker-owners who share firsthand experiences with program participants and remain available for ongoing guidance and acute support throughout the program.
Additionally, four brokers from Sotheby’s International Realty completed their own T3 Fellows program, developed, and run by T3 Sixty especially for SIR leaders. They are:
Rick Edler, Vista Sotheby’s International Realty (Rolling Hills, CA)
Jackson Herlong, Joan Herlong Associates | Sotheby’s International Realty (Greenville, SC)
Will McCullough, Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty (Aspen, CO)
William Herlong, Joan Herlong Associates | Sotheby’s International Realty (Greenville, SC)
“As these brokers and team leaders move into the next phase of their careers, they now have the mindset, strategy and systemized processes needed to build even more successful businesses and careers,” said Lisa Piccardo, the vice president of brokerage and team consulting for T3 Sixty. “We are proud to welcome them as alumni of the T3 Fellows program and incredibly excited to see what they do next.”
That’s hilarious because majority of realtors today (no matter how many designations they have), do not know their own state’s contracts, they have little to no customer care skills, they have little to no knowledge of their local markets & majority are low info., woke & illiterate. There’s a very small percentage of good, ethical & knowledgeable realtors today& that number is sadly shrinking.
