The build-to-rent developer Watermark Companies is now leasing its new rental home community in Midlothian, Texas.

Located 30 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, Canvas at Midlothian encompasses 201 two-, three- and four-bedroom single-family homes and townhomes, each with an attached two-car garage and a private outdoor space. The community’s amenities include a pool, pickleball court, a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, a clubroom, grilling stations and an on-site dog park.

Canvas at Midlothian is professionally managed by Willow Bridge Property Company and is scheduled to welcome its first residents in April.

“As build-to-rent communities continue to grow and increase in popularity, we’re excited to welcome this exceptional community to Midlothian,” said Catlin Clarke, marketing and communications manager at Watermark Companies. “By offering a variety of home types and floor plans – along with a plethora of amenities – we’re able to meet the needs of a wide range of renters and elevate the way they live, work, and play.”
