Richmond American Homes of Arizona Inc., a subsidiary of MDC Holdings Inc., has opened a pair of communities in Maricopa County.
The communities, Seasons at Pradera III and The Preserve at Pradera, are both based in Goodyear, Arizona. Seasons at Pradera III offers new single- and two-story homes with open layouts. The homes range in three- to five-bedroom designs and span approximately 1,860 to 2,630 square feet.
The Preserve at Pradera offers single-story homes with open layouts. The homes range in three- to five-bedroom designs and span approximately 2,220 to 2,830 square feet.
Prospective homebuyers and area agents are encouraged to tour Seasons at Pradera III and The Preserve at Pradera on Feb. 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
