JLL’s (NYSE:JLL) Value and Risk Advisory platform has hired Stephanie Phipps as a director within its multi-housing sector.
Phipps, who is a certified general appraiser, will work with JLL’s build-to-rent subsector team lead Executive Director Jason Allen. Phipps is joining JLL from BBG out of the Pacific Northwest region, where she spent the last seven years as a senior appraiser focused on multifamily, subdivisions and most recently build-to-rent projects.
“Stephanie’s addition will expand Value and Risk Advisory’s capabilities at an opportune time as interest in the single family and build-to-rent subsector grows,” said Allen.
