Terravet Real Estate Solutions, a real estate group specializing in veterinary properties, has expanded into the Atlanta metro area with a $5.37 million acquisition of three veterinary and pet care facilities in Peachtree City and Fairburn, Georgia.
The acquisition includes Animal Medical Clinic of Peachtree City and Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn plus a dedicated pet boarding facility, Animal Medical Clinic’s Pet Care Center & Hotel. The combined properties span 19,649 square feet and the acquisition is part of Terravet’s REIT, which includes over 650,000 square feet of purpose-built medical facilities.
