The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX), has launched Real Luxury, a dedicated division focused on the specialized and unique needs of luxury real estate agents and their exclusive clients.
Kofi Nartey, a 20-year luxury real estate veteran who is Real’s national growth leader, will serve as the executive director of Real Luxury. Nartey brought his Los Angeles-based luxury brokerage GLOBL Red Real Estate and Development to the company in 2023.
The company added that the Real Luxury agents are expected to earn the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation prior to becoming an official division member.
