Tri Pointe Homes Inc. (NYSE: TPH) has opened its first Utah community with Polaris at Terraine in West Jordan.
The new community will begin sales on Aug. 2 with an initial 32 single-family homes up to 3,400 square feet (including finished basements), featuring three to four bedrooms and modern farmhouse architecture.
Tri Pointe Homes, which opened its Utah division last September in Salt Lake City, plans to create four additional communities across Salt Lake, Utah, and Wasatch counties. The company also plans to open a design studio in 2026 to give homebuyers a hands-on, immersive design experience.
