The University of Southern California Gould School of Law is now offering an online certificate in Real Estate Law.
According to the school, the new certificate focuses on “the practical application of real estate laws to real-world scenarios, providing students with a fundamental understanding of legal principles and contracts related to real estate.” The certificate program is offered entirely online and involves virtual classrooms, interactive discussions and collaborative projects.
The online Real Estate Law certificate may be earned as a standalone certificate in as few as three semesters or concurrently with USC Gould’s online Master of Studies in Law (MSL) degree or online Master of Laws (LLM) degree at no additional cost.
“USC Gould is dedicated to providing innovative and interdisciplinary education that prepares professionals to succeed in today’s ever-changing legal landscape,” said Franita Tolson, dean of the USC Gould School of Law. “We are thrilled to introduce our new Real Estate Law certificate, which will empower individuals to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and make meaningful contributions in this important industry.”
