The 10 most expensive home sales during May were based entirely in Southern California, Florida and Manhattan, according to a new report from Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN), with four of the homes selling for $55 million or more and all selling for more than $30 million.

Last month’s most expensive home sales were:

  • 630 Nimes Rd., Los Angeles 90077: Sold for $110 million
  • 391 N. Carolwood Dr., Los Angeles 90077: Sold for $57.3 million
  • 1140 S. Ocean Blvd., Manalapan, Florida 33462: Sold for $55 million
  • 12032 E. End, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408: Sold for $55 million
  • 1519 N. Ocean Way, Palm Beach 33480: Sold for $48.5 million
  • 973 5th Ave., New York City 10075: Sold for $46 million
  • 1 Pelican Crest Dr., Newport Coast, California 92657: Sold for $42 million
  • 25 Bond St., Penthouse West, New York City 10012: Sold for $34.5 million
  • 63 Monarch Bay Dr., Dana Point, California 92629: Sold for $34 million
  • 1788 Royal Palm Way, Boca Raton, Florida 33432: Sold for $31.5 million

As for the 10 most expensive listings on the market today, all the properties are asking more than $125 million, with half of the listings based in Florida, four in the Los Angeles area, and one is in Lake Tahoe. Those listings are:

  • 1960 S. Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Florida 33462: Listed for $285 million
  • 100 Bay Road, Naples, Florida 34102: Listed for $210 million
  • 1949 Glenbrook Inn Rd., Glenbrook, Nevada 89413: Listed for $188 million
  • 607 Siena Way, Bel Air, California 90077: Listed for $177 million
  • 1261 Angelo Dr., Beverly Hills, California 90210: Listed for $175 million
  • 1370 S. Ocean Blvd., Manalapan 33462: Listed for $150 million
  • 190 Palm Ave., Miami Beach 33199: Listed for $150 million
  • 594 S. Mapleton Dr., Los Angeles 90024: Listed for $137.5 million
  • 3585 Anchorage Way, Miami 33133: Listed for $135 million
  • 9505 Gloaming Dr., Beverly Hills 90210: Listed for $126 million
