Hall and Hall Auctions has scheduled a May 15 auction of Cotton Rose Farm, a 363-acre parcel of development land in Virginia’s Tidewater region.
The property is located seven miles north of downtown Suffolk, Virginia, and is a short drive from the recreational center at Virginia Beach. The property is being offered in eight tracts from five to 123 acres and includes four homes – one of the residences is a luxury waterfront estate – plus wooded areas and farmland currently in cotton production.
