Hall and Hall Auctions has scheduled a May 15 auction of Cotton Rose Farm, a 363-acre parcel of development land in Virginia’s Tidewater region.
The property is located seven miles north of downtown Suffolk, Virginia, and is a short drive from the recreational center at Virginia Beach. The property is being offered in eight tracts from five to 123 acres and includes four homes – one of the residences is a luxury waterfront estate – plus wooded areas and farmland currently in cotton production.
The auction will be conducted at the Hilton Garden Inn in Suffolk at 10:00 a.m. More information on the auction is available online.
“With a projected 6.5% increase in the city’s population and a 6.9% rise in housing units by 2026, this property holds significant investment potential,” said Scott Shuman of Hall and Hall Auctions. “This is prime development land in an area with rapid population growth.”
