83% of residential real estate pros are seeking out homebuilding tech, survey finds

Is homebuilding technology just a trend, or is it here to stay? A new survey by Mosaic, a technology-enabled general contractor for production-scale residential development, revealed today the usage and sentiment of real estate industry professionals from across the Southwestern U.S.

The 600 respondents, surveyed in late 2021, included more than 240 professionals in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Utah who work directly for or with the homebuilding industry.
