Arthrotó, a provider of sustainable prefabricated building solutions in Canada, has partnered with Switzerland’s Riva Hospitality Group to develop eco-friendly boutique hotels and resorts in the US and Canada.
Arthrotó has committed to constructing hotels that either repurpose existing buildings or utilize mass timber for new developments. The companies said they have planned projects in major markets including Chicago, San Francisco, New York City, and Calgary that will be created under the Riva Signature Hotels and Resorts brand.
In addition to lodging developments, the companies are also planning to partner on the development of condominiums and residences.
