The real estate services platform Fathom Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FTHM) announced its acquisition of My Home Group, an Arizona-based brokerage ranked 27th in the nation by transaction volume.
My Home Group brings over 2,200 agents and completes approximately 12,000 transactions annually. Fathom plans to retain the acquired company’s name, with co-founders Jereme Kleven and Mark Hutchins continuing to oversee daily operations. The financial aspects of the deal were not disclosed.
