Tulsa-headquartered McGraw Realtors has acquired Trademark HSV Real Estate in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Arkansas Business reports Trademark will operate under McGraw brand while the acquired company’s leadership of co-owners Ken and Laurie Henderson and workforce will be retained.
McGraw was founded in 1938 and operates 21 offices across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado.
