High-profile real estate investor Grant Cardone has put out a call for a chief financial officer for his latest endeavor.

“Looking for a CFO with REIT experience running a public company to take Cardone Capital public,” Cardone wrote on his X page. “If you are tired of being in a ‘dead-end’ REIT with no way to grow and tired of doing the same thing over and over, pay attention to this opportunity.”

Cardone added, “Cardone Capital is taking our Real Estate Bitcoin Hybrid Strategy public and I am looking for a CFO. Ideally you have 10 years of experience, are well connected, have experience running a public company, and preferably has taken a company public.  You must be willing to relocate to Miami, travel, move fast, and work 7 days a week to get us public. You must have the mind, energy and hustle of an ambitious person.”

Cardone stated his new CFO would report directly to him. He provided his corporate email address for inquiries and warned human resources recruiters not to contact him.

“If you act old, tired and are comfortable don’t bother, this won’t be for you,” he said, warning that “if you simply want a title, an office, a good view and a retirement account stay where you are.”
