Steve Francis Named Charlotte Division President at Tri Pointe Homes

The homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes (NYSE: TPH) has appointed Steve Francis as division president of its Charlotte, North Carolina division.

In this role, Francis will oversee all aspects of the division’s operations, sales, land acquisition, and community development across the greater Charlotte region. Francis joins the company following a tenure as division president for Pulte Group in Charlotte. He is also a former board member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte.
