The Albuquerque residence nicknamed the Walter White House after its appearance on the popular television series “Breaking Bad” is back on the market at a significantly lower price.

KRQE reports the residence was originally listed in January 2025 at $4 million. When the four-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,900-square-foot property failed to generate any buyer interest, it was taken off the market. Now, it is back for sale at $400,000.

“Whether you are an avid Breaking Bad fan, or a local family looking for your next home this well located home will not disappoint,” said the listing.

The property was last acquired in 1973 by Fran and Louis Padilla, who were approached by the producers of “Breaking Bad” to film a pilot episode on its grounds in 2006. While the series’ interiors were created in a studio, the property was used for the series’ iconic exterior moments including the pizza scene and the segment where Skyler walked into the pool.

Since “Breaking Bad” aired, the home has attracted endless waves of fans taking photos of the property. The fame also brought some unwanted attention – including a suspicious package addressed to Walter White that the family reported to the police bomb squad and visitors who were the victims of online scammers who falsely claimed they were renting the home.
