Celebrity home renovators Chip and Joanna Gaines have listed three of their most prominent Texas properties for sale.
People.com reports the properties include the Historic Waco Castle, also known as Cottonland Castle, which is being offered for $2.7 million. Built in 1890, the 6,176-square-foot home comes fully furnished with “gorgeous millwork, antique tile floors, and diamond-paned windows.” The property was highlighted in the winter 2019 edition of the couple’s Magnolia Journal and their series “Fixer Upper: The Castle.”
Also listed is the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hillcrest Estate in Waco, which was most recently used as a short-term rental property on Airbnb and the Magnolia website. The residence is on a 1.9-acre estate and is being listed at $1.7 million.
The third property is the 3,000-square-foot Gristmill in Valley Mills, which was once an abandoned factory before it was converted into a three-bedroom, four-bathroom residence. The home was featured on Joanna Gaines’ cooking show “Magnolia Table” and is listed for $935,000.
