The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) that the Sarasota, Florida-based Clayton Coastal Group has joined the company.
Founded in 2024 by former air traffic controller and house flipper Matt Clayton, the 37-agent team is expected to close nearly $300 million in real estate transactions this year. The team primarily serves buyers relocating from New York and other markets, as well as snowbirds and second-home buyers seeking property in Florida. Real added the move will enable Clayton Coastal Group to expand its business into New York.
