Summary

CubiCasa and Restb.ai are extending complimentary rush floor-plan processing to 30 MLS organizations using both companies’ technology, reducing standard delivery from 24 hours to less than 12 and potentially reaching about 500,000 agents and brokers.

CubiCasa and Restb.ai are giving 30 multiple listing services faster floor-plan processing at no additional charge, cutting CubiCasa’s standard turnaround from 24 hours to less than 12 for qualifying organizations.

The companies announced the program Monday and estimate that the initial group of MLSs represents roughly 500,000 real estate agents and brokers.

Eligibility is not universal. An MLS must participate in the CubiCasa MLS Partnership Program and maintain an active subscription to Restb.ai’s AI tagging services within its primary listing-input platform. Qualifying MLSs receive complimentary rush-order priority processing from CubiCasa.

A practical change in the listing workflow

The immediate benefit is speed. CubiCasa converts smartphone scans into digital floor plans and other property media. Reducing delivery below 12 hours can allow agents and photographers who scan a property earlier in the day to receive finished floor plans in time for same-day listing preparation.

Restb.ai provides computer-vision technology that analyzes listing photographs and converts visual information into structured property data. Its technology is used for listing creation, search, compliance and data-quality applications.

The two companies already have significant MLS distribution. Restb.ai says its MLS partnerships reach more than 1 million agents in the United States and Canada. CubiCasa says more than 100 MLSs deploy its technology and that it has delivered more than 5 million floor plans.

Those company-reported adoption figures provide scale, but they should not be confused with the narrower population receiving the new benefit. The rush-processing program initially applies to 30 MLS organizations meeting both companies’ eligibility requirements.

MLS technology competition increasingly centers on embedded value

The arrangement illustrates a broader shift in MLS technology: vendors are increasingly competing not only on standalone software features but on how deeply their services can be embedded into the systems agents already use.

For MLS organizations, that can make integrations more valuable when a new service does not require members to adopt another separate workflow. For agents, the practical test is whether faster delivery reduces the time between photographing a property and putting a complete listing into the market.

CubiCasa President Jeff Allen said speed matters when agents are preparing listings and described same-day floor-plan delivery as a direct benefit to participants. Restb.ai President of MLS Dominik Pogorzelski said the collaboration is intended to create additional value without adding workflow complexity.

The companies did not announce a separate fee for the priority processing. The benefit is tied to an MLS’s existing participation with both platforms.

Floor plans have also become a more prominent component of digital listing packages as portals and brokerages compete to give consumers richer property information before a showing. Faster production does not change the underlying accuracy obligation: agents and MLSs still need listing media and property data to accurately represent the home being marketed.

For the 30 qualifying MLSs, the measurable change is straightforward—priority moves the stated turnaround from a 24-hour standard to less than 12 hours. Whether that produces faster time-to-market at scale will depend on when properties are scanned, how quickly the rest of the listing package is assembled and each brokerage’s workflow.
