Real Brokerage launched Real Young Professionals with 95 founding members across more than 25 markets, focused on education, referrals, networking and leadership.
Real Brokerage has launched a new professional community for agents, starting Real Young Professionals with 95 founding members across more than 25 markets.
The Real Brokerage said the group, known as Real YP, is designed around education, networking, referrals and leadership development. Founding membership will be capped at 250 participants.
Despite the organization’s name, Real said participation is open to real estate professionals of all ages. The company is positioning the initiative around career development and peer connection rather than an age-restricted membership program.
A community strategy inside a fast-growing brokerage
The launch adds another internal network to a brokerage model that has emphasized agent attraction, technology and community as it expands across North America. Brokerage companies increasingly use specialty groups, coaching programs and referral networks to create connections that go beyond traditional office geography.
Real YP plans educational programming, networking events and opportunities for members to exchange referrals across markets. The founding group spans more than 25 markets, giving the organization a national footprint at launch rather than starting in a single local market.
The initiative is also a retention play. As large cloud-based and geographically dispersed brokerages grow, internal communities can give agents additional reasons to collaborate inside the company rather than relying solely on local office structures.
Real has not announced separate production requirements for membership. The immediate measure of the program will be whether it grows beyond its founding cohort and produces meaningful agent engagement, referrals and leadership development.
