Summary

Compass International Holdings will migrate affiliated title and escrow operations onto Qualia, beginning October 12 and continuing through 2027, according to the companies.

Compass International Holdings is consolidating title and escrow operations across its integrated-services businesses onto Qualia’s software platform, extending a relationship that began before Compass combined with Anywhere Real Estate.

Qualia announced the expanded agreement October 8. The first participating Compass-affiliated title company is scheduled to go live October 12, with additional migrations expected through 2027. Qualia says the completed rollout would increase its footprint across Compass Integrated Services title companies more than fivefold.

The companies did not disclose the agreement’s value, migration costs or how many closing employees will change systems. The fivefold figure refers to Qualia’s own footprint in the Compass title network, not a forecast of title order volume or revenue growth.

Compass International Holdings’ brands include Compass, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, Sotheby’s International Realty, Century 21 and other franchise and brokerage networks. Its title businesses have operated across different legacy systems, including platforms inherited in the Anywhere transaction. A common platform could simplify data and workflow handoffs, although the companies have not released independently measured savings.

Qualia says its earlier Compass relationship began in 2023 with a title-ordering integration in the brokerage’s Home Platform. The new arrangement reaches further into settlement production and escrow operations, where local practices, trust-account controls and regulatory requirements can vary by state.

WRE News recently reported WFG’s automation of qualifying refinance title commitments. The Compass deal reflects a different trend: consolidating multiple operating companies around one title and escrow system after brokerage mergers.

Implementation is still ahead. The October 12 launch is a scheduled first step, and the broader 2027 rollout remains subject to execution across affiliated businesses. Agents, settlement teams and counterparties will see the effect only as individual companies migrate.
