The Real Brokerage is expanding its Real Wallet platform into a broader business-banking and financing hub for real estate agents, building on what the company says is a sharp increase in adoption.

In an announcement distributed October 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern, the brokerage said more than 35% of its U.S. agents now hold a Real Wallet Business Checking Account. Total funds held in those accounts have risen to $45 million, up from $20 million a year earlier, according to the company.

Real also reported that its Real Wallet Capital program has provided $25 million in financing to agents. These figures are company-reported and have not been independently audited for this article.

New financing offer comes with a fee

Effective October 21, eligible agents can access two months of financing at 0% interest through Real Wallet Capital. The offer is subject to a standard origination fee, so the financing is not necessarily free. Eligibility and other conditions apply.

The company says agents can use the funding for marketing, hiring, technology and other business investments. Real Wallet Capital is offered in 39 states, Washington, D.C., and Canada. Approval is based on agent production rather than traditional credit-score underwriting, according to Real.

Expanded accounts planned for 2027

Real previewed additional business-banking features at its RISE conference in Las Vegas, with a planned rollout to U.S. agents in the first half of 2027. Proposed tools include separate accounts for taxes, expenses, marketing, owner pay and profits; automated allocation of commissions; debit-card spending controls; and account access for business partners.

The brokerage also announced a monthly commission-match promotion for participating agents who direct commissions into a Real Wallet Business Checking Account. One eligible agent each month may receive a match of average gross commissions, up to $5,000, through April 2027, subject to promotion terms.

The strategy moves Real further into agent financial services as brokerages compete on offerings beyond commission splits. The planned enhancements are not yet available, and their timing could change.

Banking distinction: The Real Brokerage is not a bank. U.S. banking services are provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC. Real Wallet Capital business-purpose loans are offered through Real Broker Financial, LLC or Real Broker Lending, LLC, depending on the state.
