Listings from more than 4,000 real estate agents at The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties are now eligible for display in Google mobile search through HouseCanary’s expanding Google Listings Program.
HouseCanary announced the agreement October 27 at 10 a.m. Eastern. In participating markets, active listings supplied through My State MLS can appear in a carousel above other search results when consumers search for homes. Each result includes property details and brokerage attribution, with a link to more information and agent contact options.
A New Distribution Route for Brokerage Listings
The arrangement expands HouseCanary’s brokerage participation in a program intended to connect MLS and brokerage inventory directly to Google search. It does not mean every listing will appear in every search or that the program is available in every market.
Agents at Keyes and Illustrated Properties also receive access to HouseCanary’s agentic AI platform, which includes comparative market analysis, advertising management and property intelligence tools.
The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties operate across Florida. The firms’ CEO, Mike Pappas, said the distribution channel gives their listings an additional route to buyers already searching on Google.
Growing MLS Participation
HouseCanary said participating MLS organizations include My State MLS, Arizona Regional MLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board of Realtors, REcolorado and San Diego MLS. The program is expanding to additional eligible markets this fall.
WRE News previously reported Side’s participation and Arizona Regional MLS’s agreement. The Keyes announcement is a separate addition involving a major Florida brokerage network.
