Mantella Corp., a Toronto-headquartered real estate and land development company, has hired Abhi Goel as a director of finance.
Goel will be the lead within Mantella’s finance and accounting group, reporting directly to President and Chief Financial Officer Craig Hippern. Before joining the company, Goel was a director of finance with Brookfield Asset Management, where he managed the financial reporting and business planning for a portfolio of U.S.-based commercial properties. Prior to Brookfield, Goel has held several leadership roles within Canadian-based real estate companies including Starlight Investments and Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd.
“2024 is shaping up to be a transformative year for Mantella,” said Hippern. “Abhi has considerable institutional real estate operations and accounting experience which is instrumental in supporting Mantella’s growth strategies. He will lead a strong finance and accounting team as we expand our IPP and development pipelines.”
