The Albuquerque-based residence that became a pop culture phenomenon as Walter White’s house in the television series “Breaking Bad” has been listed for sale at $4 million.

KOB.com reported the property was last acquired in 1973 by Fran and Louis Padilla, who were approached by the producers of “Breaking Bad” to film a pilot episode on its grounds in 2006. While the series’ interiors were created in a studio, the property was used for the series’ iconic exterior moments including the pizza scene and the segment where Skyler walked into the pool.

Since “Breaking Bad” aired, the home has attracted endless waves of fans taking photos of the 1,900-square-foot property. The fame also brought some unwanted attention – including a suspicious package addressed to Walter White that the family reported to the police bomb squad and visitors who were the victims of online scammers who falsely claimed they were renting the home.
