The multifamily real estate developer Wood Partners announced the opening of Alta at The Farm, its newest high-end residential community.
Situated in the Dallas suburb of Allen, the new community is based in the heart of The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development adjacent to The HUB, a multifaceted outdoor entertainment and retail venue. Alta at The Farm offers 325 apartment homes with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplan layouts. Each apartment includes keyless entry systems and in-home washer and dryer sets.
