Ameritex Homes has launched a “July Sales Event” with rate buydowns as low as 4.99% through a preferred lender and assistance with closing costs on its move-in ready homes across Texas.

The limited-time offer is available for qualified buyers on select homes contracted through July 31. In addition to buyer incentives, for a limited time, Ameritex Homes is offering a realtor bonus of +1%, bringing the total realtor commission to 4% on all homes across the portfolio.

“Real estate agents are partners to homebuilders and are integral to a healthy homebuying market,” said Kimberly Griggs-Jordan, vice president of sales and marketing at Winchester Carlisle Companies, the parent company of Ameritex Homes. “We are happy to offer a realtor bonus as a thank you for all they do.”

Ameritex Homes start in the $200,000s and are located across Texas in Dallas-Fort Worth, Greenville, Cleburne, San Antonio, Waco, Temple, and Houston, among other markets.
