Century Golf Partners, a Dallas-based company specializing in golf-related real estate, has hired Andrew Montemayor as vice president of business development, a newly created role.
Montemayor will become part of the company’s acquisition team, identifying and pursuing acquisitions, joint ventures, and management opportunities across the firm’s portfolio of private clubs, golf courses, and golf resorts nationwide.
He most recently served as director of acquisitions at Prescott Group, a real estate private equity firm, where he sourced commercial debt and equity for acquisitions and closed transactions across the hospitality, multifamily, senior housing, retail, and industrial sectors for the firm’s Fund II. Previously, Montemayor was an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Global Markets Division, where he managed a commercial real estate bridge loan portfolio exceeding $1 billion.
“Andrew has spent his career finding deals other people overlook, then having the discipline to close the transaction,” said Doug Howe, partner and chief operating officer of Century Golf. “That combination is rare, and it’s exactly what our next phase of growth requires.”
