Apex Commercial Exchange (ACE) has launched its new platform for commercial real estate auctions.

According to the New York City-based ACE, the new platform enables brokers and owners to build fully customized asset pages, securely host diligence materials, generate real-time leads, and receive offers all within its platform. The platform’s features include auto-bidding and auto-cutting of increments, buyer push notifications, and artificial intelligence (AI) integration to answer bidder questions, schedule tours and predicative auction pricing. An interactive mobile app featuring broker, seller and buyer dashboards which will be rolled out later this year.
