The nation’s 10 most expensive home sales in April were anchored in exactly three markets, according to new data from Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN).
Last month, six of the 10 most expensive home sales were in coastal Florida, while two were in Beverly Hills, California, and two involved condominiums on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row.
Half of April’s highest-priced home sales were priced at more than $50 million, and all fetched $40 million or more.
The 10 priciest home sales for April were the following:
- 2200 Gordon Dr., Naples, Florida 34102: Sold for $133.2 million
- 88 La Gorce Cir., Miami Beach 33141: Sold for $74.3 million
- 1028 Ridgedale Dr., Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $60 million
- 942 Alpine Dr., Beverly Hills 90210: Sold for $51.8 million
- 516 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach, Florida 33480: $51.4 million
- 2340 Gordon Dr., Naples 34102: Sold for $46.9 million
- 111 W. 57th St. Unit 72, New York City 10019: Sold for $46.9 million
- 217 W. 57th St. Unit 116, New York City 10019: Sold for $45.9 million
- 2170 Gordon Dr., Naples 34102: Sold for $44.9 million
- 3080 N. Bay Rd., Miami Beach 33140: Sold for $40 million
I am curious. What kind of “smell” test must a real estate licensee pass to offer real estate services to the buyers of these kinds of properties?????
Just thinking out loud.
