A recent study on 2020 relocation trends showed how most Americans moved South or West last year, with Idaho experiencing the largest gain of new residents. South Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, and Arizona also experienced inbound migration higher than 60%, while New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and California topped the list for the highest outbound moves.
