The longtime Swiss residence of the iconic film actress Audrey Hepburn has been listed for sale at nearly $21 million.

Galerie Magazine reports the 40.33-acre property in Tolochenaz, a village near Lake Geneva and the city of Lausanne, is known as “Le Paisable,” which means “The Peaceful.” The 10,764-square-foot residence includes 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with a service apartment with two bedrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool, a garden, two indoor garages, outdoor parking for up to 15 cars and a nearly four-acre park.

“The home’s timeless architecture, a sought-after feature among Ultra-High-Net-Worth families, only adds to its appeal, said the marketing promotion for the property,” said listing agent Alex Koch de Gooreynd of Knight Frank. “It’s easy to see why Audrey Hepburn adored the environment, where she enjoyed both complete privacy and breathtaking surroundings.”

Hepburn lived at the property from 1963 until her death in 1993. Hepburn’s sons sold the property in 2001 to Katharina and Jean-Marc Beaujolin, who renovated the main residence.
