Forewarn LLC, a provider of real-time information solutions for real estate agents, announced that the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR) will offer its client identification services to the more than 16,000 members it serves across 18 counties in Central Texas.
According to the company, its services analyze “billions of data points and provides users with the ability to mitigate risks by verifying identity, searching for criminal histories, and validating information provided by potential clients – using just a phone number.” The services will be offered to ABOR’s members at no additional cost to individual agents.
“We are thrilled to be announcing this important new member benefit,” said ABOR CEO Emily Chenevert. “With Forewarn at their fingertips, members will be able to work with greater safety and peace of mind as they quickly verify prospect identity, risks, and potential fraud.
