Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) has appointed Barri Rafferty as chief communications officer and head of public affairs.
In her new job, Rafferty will lead the company’s public relations, communications, government relations, and events and productions functions for the company, whose brands include Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA, and Sotheby’s International Realty. She will report directly to Anywhere President and CEO Ryan Schneider and will serve on the company’s executive committee.
Raffery previously served as CEO at Sodali & Co. and Ketchum, as well as interim CEO at C2000, and she led communications and reputation management for Wells Fargo. She is as a board member for Guidehealth, a managed services healthcare company.
