A realtor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles.

KPEL-FM reports Devin Triche was arrested in July 2024 on 100 counts of child porn and two counts of sexual abuse of an animal. Police investigators found more than 50 files of sex abuse materials involving children and animals in Triche’s residence, but he was only formally charged and prosecuted on two counts of pornography involving juveniles, which were later reduced to indecent behavior with juveniles.

In addition to his incarceration, he was also sentenced to five years of supervised probation upon his release.

Triche ran the Triche Team and partnered with Keller Williams Realty in Baton Rouge; his real estate license was suspended after his arrest. He was also the CEO of the animal charity Pav’s Pals.
