BBG, the Dallas-headquartered national commercial real estate services firm, has unveiled its Data Center Specialty Practice to meet the demand for valuation, due diligence, and advisory services in the fast-growing infrastructure sector.

According to the company, BBG’s data center team will offer a full range of services, including appraisals for financing and acquisition, PCA, ESA Phase I, feasibility studies, portfolio assessments, and market consulting. Christopher M. Fudacz, formerly the national data center practice leader at CBRE (NYSE: CBRE), has joined BBG as senior managing director to lead the new practice.
