They are known as love letters — emotional and personal appeals to homeowners from prospective buyers hoping for a leg up in a hot housing market.
State Rep. Terri Cortvriend, D-Middtown, has proposed a bill to ban them as a way to improve equity.
Some real estate agents said they are fine with the bill, while some are wondering if a law is really necessary.
Really? Banning “Love letters”
Whomever came up with this idea has to much time on their hands!
Maybe we should concentrate on some of the minor issues if “love letters” are looked at as something worth wasting time and dollars on in court.
