Blackfin Real Estate Investors Acquires First Property in Georgia

Arlington, Virginia-based Blackfin Real Estate Investors LLC has acquired Sage Creek Apartments, a 120-unit garden-style community in Augusta, Georgia, for $17.3 million.

Sage Creek Apartments was built in 2016 and encompasses one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 812 to 1,076 square feet. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, bicycle storage, a pet play area, and a dog park.

The transaction is Blackfin’s first acquisition in Georgia. The seller is an investment group led by JJM Realty Partners LLC.
